Pickup
Free scheduled warehouse pickup is available at our warehouse in Crestwood, Illinois.
Pickup is by appointment only. We can load bales onto box trucks, cargo vans, enclosed trailers, or flatbed trailers.
Each bale weighs approximately 1,000–1,100+ pounds, so please make sure your vehicle or trailer is capable of safely hauling the weight.
Delivery
We offer in-house delivery within approximately 150 miles of our warehouse. Delivery rates vary based on distance, number of bales, and delivery location. Minimum purchase requirements may apply.
Delivery pricing depends on:
- Distance
- Number of bales delivered
- Delivery location
We can unload bales from the truck and move them on level ground into garages, warehouses, storefronts, or storage units.
Customer must be present at the scheduled delivery time and is responsible for final placement of the bale.

Freight Shipping
For customers located outside our delivery area, freight shipping quotes are available upon request.
Freight costs will vary depending on location and delivery type (commercial vs residential).

Scheduling
Pickup and delivery are scheduled after:
- Bale is selected
- Invoice is paid
- Pickup or delivery date is scheduled
